Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $28.57 - $37.84 (based on experience)
• Differentials: Evenings +$2.30 (1500-2300), Night +$3.75 (2300-0700), Weekend +$3.00 (Fridays 1900 to Mondays 0700)

What You'll Do

• Perform routine and critical care respiratory therapy, including medication verification via Epic and bedside methods
• Work independently in critical care settings after completing clinical check-offs
• Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate therapy in accordance with RT protocols
• Operate all modes of therapy across various hospital units
• Mentor students and new staff members, sharing your expertise
• Contribute to a team-focused environment ensuring optimal patient outcomes

What You Need

Required:

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care
• Valid Respiratory Therapist license from Kansas
• NBRC CRT/RRT credential
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• Basic computer skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Respiratory Care or related field
• Additional respiratory education or clinical instruction experience
• Critical care experience (minimum 6 months)
