RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides exceptional customer service to our clients

• Successfully work with other team members

• Successfully and efficiently execute your assigned projects to meet the expectations of the client and the company

• Develop a strong knowledge of all aspects of residential HVAC systems

• Educates the customer on the health and operation of their system post installations

• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures

• Ensures job-site cleanliness

QUALIFICATIONS

• A positive, can-do attitude

• Willingness to learn and be coached

• Ability to work in various weather conditions and navigate tight crawl spaces, and climb ladders in or around attics, garages and rooftops

• Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within given time constraints

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Exhibit professional conduct at all times

• Great attention to detail

• Must have a mechanical aptitude

• Must be able to do moderate lifting (up to 75 lbs)

• Must have the ability to work overtime as needed

• Must be able to pass background check, drug screening and have a valid CA driver's license with an acceptable driving record
