The Accounting Manager oversees billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and administrative operation s. Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections activities

• Oversee accounts payable and vendo r payment processing

• Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due accounts

• Resolve billing and payment discrepancies

• Prepare billing, collections, and cash flow reports

• Supervise and support one administrative/billing team member

• Maintain financial records in QuickBooks Online

• Coordinate fleet maintenance records and vendo r service

• Improve billing, collections, and administrative processes

• Support leadership with operational and administrative needs

Qualification

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, billing, AR/AP, or office management

• Experience managing billing and collections processes

• Supervisory experience required

• 3+ years of QuickBooks experience, including QuickBooks Online

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Additional Requirement

• Ability to work on-site in Verona, PA

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through
