Description Job Title: Onsite Event Travel Staff, AKA Trip / Travel Director Job Description: This role is responsible for providing exceptional on-site support and assistance during large-scale events. This role involves helping to manage various aspects of the event, including overseeing session rooms, attendee flow, gifting experiences, activations, and coordinating with hotel/venue staff, vendors, and reporting to the Onsite Staff Lead. Dates and Needs: We are a third-party agency with a variety of needs throughout the year. Responsibilities will vary by event and need, but here are a few things you may work on while at an event in line with traditional event support staff and trip/travel director roles, including: Transportation and travel arrangements Luggage and bell staff management Hospitality desk and registration Mobile App, event technology, and attendee communications/slack Attendee flow and directional Venue liaison and room set-up Branding and signage installation Special events Entertainment facilitation Function or session management Food and beverage management Gifting experiences and room drops Activations support Excursions and Activities (spa, golf, offsite activities, etc) And more. Qualifications and Requirements: Prior experience as an event industry travel / trip director or travel staff. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Team spirit Willingness to roll your sleeves up and take a hands‑on approach Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment. Discretion and ability to manage confidential information. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work on water vessels and boats.
