Your day will include performing advanced diagnostics and complex repairs, completing scheduled maintenance, and supporting overall shop flow through clear communication with service writers. You'll participate in daily shop meetings that keep everyone aligned, reduce surprises, and help the team stay efficient. There's also an opportunity to support and mentor junior technicians as the department continues to grow.
