What You’ll Do: Advanced Diagnostics & Repairs: Tackle complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on ag and lawn/garden equipment Use diagnostic tools and technical resources to identify root causes and solutions Perform quality repairs independently and efficiently with minimal rework Customer Communication & Support: Professionally communicate findings and recommendations to customers and coworkers Identify additional service needs during repairs and provide value-added suggestions Represent Johnson Tractor with a high level of professionalism and integrity Document time, parts, and repairs accurately to support billing and warranty work Work closely with the parts team and service office to streamline workflow Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with evolving equipment and technologies What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of hands‑on technician experience (ag equipment preferred) Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills Comfort using diagnostic software and digital tools Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license required; CDL or ability to obtain is a plus Certifications or OEM training (Case IH, Kubota, etc.) are highly valued What to Expect: Work on advanced ag equipment and specialty implements A supportive, experienced team that values your expertise Opportunities for continued OEM training and professional development Competitive pay, benefits, and a company culture rooted in family values Job Type: Full-time Pay Range: Equivalent to $70,000–$100,000 annually, paid hourly (final rate based on experience, certifications, and skill level).
