Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Outpatient experience. Physical Therapist license in NC required to start. New graduates not accepted. HEP B required. TB required. Flu required. Tdap required. Assignment Details Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Schedule structure: ideally 5x8s; 4x10s may be considered. No floating required.
