Summary As a Private Ambassador Assistant, you will represent the brand by delivering personalized, high-touch service to clients and supporting the Private Ambassador team. You will manage client communications, appointments, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless and discreet service. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining luxury service standards. Responsibilities Manage client follow-up, scheduling, appointments, and travel coordination for the Ambassador team. Prepare appointments, curate product selections, and support personalized appointment execution. Process sales transactions and handle reservations, consignments, transfers, and client records with accuracy and discretion. Coordinate stakeholder communications, reporting, and day-to-day operational support to uphold brand standards. Requirements Prior experience in luxury retail, client services, or administrative support, preferably with high-net-worth clientele. Excellent communication skills, discretion, and strong attention to detail. Proven organizational ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and confidential information.
