Production Lead

Job Full Description

Hours:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm

3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 8:00pm-6:00am

Pay: $20.00 /HR

Duties:

Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers.
Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
Ensure that all safety protocols and quality standards are followed.
Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to resolve issues and maintain production flow.
Track and report production metrics and performance.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of production processes and machinery.
A positive attitude.
Computer skills - Microsoft excel or word
Previous leadership or managerial experience is good, but not required
