About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director of Security Intelligence to lead the development and implementation of security intelligence strategies that safeguard the organization's people, assets, operations, and reputation. This senior security leader will be responsible for designing and leading a global intelligence and threat assessment function, establishing protocols for intelligence collection and analysis, and creating scalable intelligence capabilities. The role also involves leading proactive threat analysis, delivering strategic intelligence assessments, and integrating various intelligence sources into a cohesive picture. The successful candidate will be expected to have a strong background in intelligence, security, investigations, and a proven track record of building and maintaining trusted relationships with internal and external partners. Applicants for the Managing Director of Security Intelligence position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, with a preference for those with industry certifications or professional credentials. A minimum of 20 years' experience in intelligence, national security, law enforcement, military, or corporate security is required, with a focus on the United States Intelligence Community. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of emerging security risks, experience in crisis management, and the ability to provide executive-level briefings. Key skills include intelligence collection, analysis, dissemination, threat and risk assessment, and strong communication abilities. The candidate should be adept at integrating open-source intelligence tools and have a proven ability to deliver intelligence to senior business leaders.
