What You’ll Do Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly, prompt service at the register or self‑checkout. Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases. Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed. Foster a team‑oriented, respectful work environment. Keep our stores stocked & fresh – ensure food and beverage items are available and up to quality standards. Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow all safety regulations. Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed. Keep the store clean and organized inside and out. Complete regular cleaning tasks to ensure a great experience for guests. Assist in inventory management and restocking. Prepare, handle, and serve food in accordance with safety and quality standards. Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, process transactions, handle cash and card payments, and provide excellent guest service. Act as the first point of contact for guest concerns, responding respectfully and compassionately while recognizing when to elevate issues to a shift manager. Ensure adherence to safety protocols when handling chemicals and keep the register area clean and stocked. Maintain a clean and organized food service area, ensuring proper storage and labeling of ingredients. Promote promotional food items to raise awareness and drive product engagement. Respond to feedback from guests, team members, and leaders, making necessary adjustments to enhance performance. Be a reliable team player by arriving on time for scheduled shifts, supporting teammates throughout their shift, sharing important information, and working effectively with individuals from different backgrounds. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED (or in progress). Previous experience in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment is a plus. A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing. May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations. 1–2 years work experience preferred; retail or customer service experience preferred.
