Key responsibilities include overseeing month-end close, delivering financial statements, building and managing KPI-driven financial forecasts, and providing strategic consulting on cash flow, budgeting, and operations. The Virtual CFO will also be responsible for analyzing financial data to guide key business decisions and managing client scope, pricing, and engagement success. Applicants for the Virtual CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with an active CPA being highly preferred. A minimum of 6 years' experience in CFO, Controller, or financial advisory roles is required, with a focus on supporting businesses in the $1M–$50M revenue range. The role demands a candidate with a strong proficiency in accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage, as well as Excel. The ideal candidate will be a current US citizen, commercially minded, and enjoy working in a high-impact, consulting environment. The position is fully remote, offering long-term flexibility, and is suited for a professional who is adept at building and managing client relationships and is dedicated to solving real business problems.
