As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a utility location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM; Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM; Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM; Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a utility location. Conduct regular and random patrols of utility facilities, access points, perimeter areas, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access to restricted areas, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services when required. Prepare clear, timely reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
