Job Overview We are Regency Albany, a skilled nursing community located in the heart of the Willamette Valley. We are looking for caring & compassionate resident‑minded individuals to join our team. NEW WAGE SCALE , Updated Community – Supportive Staff – Work / Life Balance . Part‑time/ Weekend shift – immediately available . Weekend RN shift differential – $5.00 per hour. Responsibilities Train staff and assist the director of nursing. Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents. Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, and assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self‑care and independence, as permitted by state regulations. Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans. Know and follow infection control and safety procedures. Review, update and communicate resident care documentation. Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations. Qualifications Possess a current RN license in good standing.
