Project Finance & Infrastructure Associate Attorney (3+ years) | Houston, TX

A nationally recognized Projects & Infrastructure practice of an AmLaw firm is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to join one of the country's leading projects and infrastructure platforms at a time of significant investment and expansion. The team represents sponsors, developers, lenders, and investors on sophisticated project finance, tax equity, and project development matters across the energy and infrastructure sector. Attorneys work in a collaborative, cross-office environment with meaningful responsibility and direct client exposure from day one. Ideal candidates will have: 3+ years of sophisticated experience in project finance, tax equity, project development (including EPC/construction contracts), and/or offtake agreements Experience gained at top tier law firm is strongly preferred Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills This position has the opportunity to sit in a number of firm offices nationwide, but there is a strong preference for candidates who would be located in Houston, TX or Chicago, IL. Base compensation for this role is expected to range from $260,000–$420,000 , depending on class year and experience, plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
