Salary: $45,000+
$45,000+ with Incentive Bonuses - Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families? JoinSPARC and become part of a diverse, inclusive, and whole-person-focused team dedicated to impactful mental health care. We are currently seeking qualified mental health professionalswilling to serve clients in Guildford, Randolph, Alamance, and Rockingham Counties.
- Starting salary: $45,000+, with incentive bonuses
- Higher salaries available based on experience
- Bonus for completing FCT certification within one year
- Increased pay for prior Family Centered Treatment (FCT) experience
- Minimum 2 years of experienceworking with children and/or adolescents in the mental health field
- Bachelors degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, or related)
- No prior FCT experience required we provide support and training
