Production Machine Operator

General Production Worker
Shifts Available
4:00pm - 12:30am, Monday - Friday
Mandatory Saturday overtime on occasion
Overtime during the week may occur up to 2 hours before or after the shift start/end times
Responsibilities
- Work closely with team members to prepare and assemble steel materials
- Utilize hand and power tools to cut and prepare steel for assembly
- Operate machinery to cut, shape, and process steel components.
- Rotate through different production tasks to support workflow.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with construction/carpentry experience or experience from another related field can be considered
- Experience performing or willingness to perform fast-paced, physically demanding work.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good attitude and eagerness to learn.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
