Customer Insights Analyst

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Customer Insights Analyst will utilize strong analytical skills and modern AI tools to develop customer health metrics, churn analysis, and experience metrics, while working in a remote or hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain customer health scoring and churn risk analysis to enhance customer experience Utilize AI tools to surface insights and create data products for internal decision-making Operationalize methodologies to measure the impact and value delivered to customers over time Required qualifications Experience in data analysis and customer insights, preferably in a technology or software environment Proficiency in modern AI tools and analytics platforms Strong understanding of customer health metrics and experience measurement methodologies Ability to build and maintain data foundations for analytics purposes Curiosity and hands-on approach to leveraging AI for business improvements
