This opportunity is designed for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and leadership development while representing nationally recognized client brands. You’ll begin with training in customer communication, sales, promotional marketing, and campaign operations. As you gain experience, you’ll have opportunities to develop skills in team training, leadership, and campaign management . What You’ll Do Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions Represent client products, services, and promotions Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Support sales and customer acquisition goals Assist with promotional campaigns throughout the Montgomery area Participate in ongoing training and coaching Work toward individual and team performance goals Develop leadership, communication, and management skills What We’re Looking For Strong communication and people skills Positive, professional, and dependable Goal-oriented and motivated to grow Coachable and willing to learn Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment Interest in sales, marketing, business, or management Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, sales, or marketing is helpful but not required.
