Job Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including physical examinations and exhaustive medical history assessments

• Provide intraoperative assistance, which encompasses preparing surgical areas, ensuring patient safety, and effectively managing surgical instruments throughout procedures
• Deliver outstanding pre- and post-operative care, encompassing medication administration, wound management, discharge planning, and patient education

Education Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Completion of clinical rotations with a surgical focus is highly preferred

Certifications Required

• Valid and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certification mandatory
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
