The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr). The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location.

- 1116 Shelburne Road South Burlington, VT 05403
This is a part time position with a starting rate of pay $18.50 / hour based on a 25 work week. Employees have the opportunity to earn yearly merit increases based on performance.

Schedule Available
- Monday: 7:00am - 12:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:00am - 12:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am - 12:00pm

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have two years of college experience and/or customer service experience combined
- The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
- Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
