We produce premium sports entertainment content that reaches tens of millions of fans every month across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and live experiences. Position Overview The Producer will be a key part of the Content Production team, leading long-form video shoots and overseeing all aspects of production to ensure each project’s success. Responsibilities include casting, location scouting, scheduling, and logistics planning. This person will be responsible for managing multiple productions at once while balancing various duties under the direction of the Production Manager. The ideal candidate is someone with production experience in a leadership role, specifically within the YouTube or online content space. Our content spans a wide range of creative concepts, so this person should be adaptable and ready to take on any task with a motivated, team-oriented mindset while leading their projects. Key Responsibilities Production Planning Coordinate plans for casting, scheduling, locations, props, and set builds in alignment with the script Lead the assigned Associate Producer, delegating tasks and providing support so production needs are met Maintain consistent communication with the Development team to keep the script’s creative vision on track Apply knowledge of YouTube and production strategy to help shape and refine production plans Project Ownership Own video shoots from pre‑production through filming, making sure all elements are executed efficiently and effectively Collaborate closely with team members to leverage resources and drive successful shoot outcomes Serve as the primary liaison between the company and any external partners or vendors involved On-Set Management Lead the run of show in coordination with the Director, keeping productions on schedule while meeting creative goals Manage on‑set operations to maintain an organized, efficient, and high‑functioning environment throughout filming Uphold all company health and safety standards, maintaining a safe environment for both talent and crew Qualifications 2+ years of experience in content production, preferably in a leadership capacity Experience utilizing content strategy to shape production plans Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and time management skills Strong knowledge of the complete production process, from pre to post Self‑starter with excellent project management skills and a bias toward action Passion for creator‑led media, sports, or entertainment is a strong plus Why Join JesserCo Be part of a tight‑knit, mission‑driven team shaping the next generation of media Work with top‑tier talent and leadership in a creative, collaborative environment Enjoy high ownership, autonomy, and visibility within a growing company Competitive compensation and benefits, with opportunities for growth #J-18808-Ljbffr JesserCo
