What You'll Do

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Administer procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices
• Assess patient progress and communicate outcomes to the supervising therapist
• Document all treatment activities accurately in electronic records and maintain patient documentation in compliance with regulations
• Support and supervise students under the guidance of a Physical Therapist
• Participate in meetings including patient care conferences and rehabilitation team collaborations
• Support the facility's commitment to evidence-based practice and professional ethics

What You Need

• Current Active State Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Prior experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
