Account Manager (print production)

Title: Account Manager Type: Full-Time Location: New Jersey Onsite: hybrid Summary This Account Manager position is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who excels at coordinating projects, supporting client marketing teams, and keeping creative and production workflows on track. The role serves as a key on-site partner for assigned brands, ensuring packaging, label, and digital asset needs are managed with accuracy, responsiveness, and a strong focus on quality. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary on-site representative for assigned brand accounts and daily client needs. Build and maintain strong working relationships with marketing and customer service teams. Provide thoughtful, effective solutions that support creative execution and quality standards. Act as a dependable resource for packaging, label process coordination, and digital asset management. Track and manage project budgets to ensure work is delivered efficiently and within scope. Collect required project details to initiate work, open jobs, assign tasks, and maintain accurate project records and timesheets in internal project management systems. Submit and update project requests within client-specific workflow and process management platforms. Coordinate outside contractor support, including purchase order submissions and communication with production and accounting contacts. Present designs, review projects, and share final artwork with client marketing teams. Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and consistent service. Respond professionally to client questions, concerns, and troubleshooting needs while collaborating with internal leadership and colleagues. Communicate clearly with remote offices, leadership, finance teams, printers, and production partners to keep projects moving forward. Interpret marketing objectives and translate them into actionable project strategies. Apply practical knowledge of design and print production processes as needed. Follow label review procedures and established workflow requirements with precision. Prepare project estimates and help manage change orders when project scope shifts. Partner with finance stakeholders to monitor budgets and support accurate project billing. Qualifications Experience in account management, project management, packaging, print production, or a related client-facing role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfort working across client teams, creative teams, production vendors, and finance contacts.
