End User Support Technician - Junior

If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.This position's primary role is to provide day-to-day technical support to internal staff through in-person interaction in the office 5 days per week.There is a heavy focus on: laptop imaging, provisioning of new systems, Audio/Visual support, mobile phone provisioning, and printer maintenance.This includes troubleshooting laptop, mobile phone and printer problems.Integral to this role is being able to provide this technical support to our customers (employees) with the highest possible level of customer service.This role requires the flexibility to travel to our three Saint Louis office locations during the week - Clayton, Rider Trail, Lackland.This is an in-office 5 days per week (Monday - Friday) role.This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.This position is not open to third-party vendors or C2C.In person interviews are required.What you'll doAssist with Technical Support to walk up customers at a Tech Bar.Contribute with Installation of End User Computing devices in offices and cubes.Deliver new equipment (laptops & accessories) within agreed service levels.Perform the Asset Disposition process by removing hard drives and recording serial numbers in the asset management system to meet corporate and local requirements.Provide support at any of our three St. Louis Offices locations based on staffing needs (Clayton, Rider Trail, Lackland).What experience you need0-1 years of experience in a technical support role - basic hardware and software troubleshooting.An associate's degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred or equivalent experience.Basic knowledge of IT Fundamentals.Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to fulfill commitments and deliver results.Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.What could set you apartHands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline and automate workflows.Audio Visual troubleshooting support for large conference rooms.Demonstrated operating knowledge of the following:MacOS and Windows 11 laptop and desktop support.Mobile devices - iPhone and Android.General knowledge of desktop & Cloud applications, e.g. Google Workspace.Technical school degree, Associate's degree, bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.CompTIA A+ and/or Microsoft certification.Mac and/or JAMF experience.Work closely with customers to troubleshoot and resolve requests or problems associated with hardware, software, and network access.Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.Software troubleshooting skills.We offer comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, 401k matching, paid time off, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.Are you ready to power your possible?
