Key Responsibilities Compassionate Care: Provide direct patient care to residents with a focus on empathy, including administering medications, performing treatments, and maintaining accurate records. Condition Monitoring: Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team and physicians to ensure safety and well-being. Requirements Current RN license in the state of Illinois. Minimum 0 years of experience (we proudly welcome new graduates to our inclusive team).
