Personal Shopper Assistant - Century City

Summary Provides support to Personal Shoppers by assisting clients with appointments, styling, and in-store services. Works closely with the personal shopping team to deliver elevated customer experiences and maintain accurate client records. Acts as a liaison between clients and store resources to ensure seamless service and timely follow-up. Responsibilities Assist with client appointments, fittings, and private styling sessions Prepare merchandise and curated selections for appointments Maintain client records, notes, and follow-up communications Support sales floor activities including styling, merchandising, and transaction support Requirements 1+ years of retail or client-facing experience, preferably in styling or personal shopping Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and ability to work flexible hours including weekends Familiarity with POS systems and clienteling tools #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
