Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and active California SLP license or certification required
• Open to both SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is a plus, but not mandatory
• Solid understanding of IEP development and evaluation processes
• Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language services to a diverse school caseload; assignments may vary based on student needs and service requirements
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate actively in IEP meetings
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques that promote student academic and social success
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Consult and collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student potential
• Adjust service delivery based on ongoing assessments and district priorities
