Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred, but a passion for supporting diverse learners is most important
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to foster student growth
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for compliance and progress tracking
• Collaborate with teachers and other school personnel to support student success in the classroom
• Communicate progress and treatment plans with parents and caregivers
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations
