Lab Operations Manager As the leading sports prescription eyewear lab, our growth is your best career choice Join us as our Lab Operations Manager. This role ensures the lab delivers best-in-class service, quality, compliance, and profitability while supporting brand growth and innovation across the organization Your career expertise will demonstrate Production Leadership: Driving efficiency, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring of laboratory technicians. Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to optical, FDA, and HIPPA regulations and managing laboratory equipment/quality control protocols. Operational Management: Monitoring inventory control, staff scheduling, and safety protocols to ensure timely delivery of products. Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Brand, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. Preferred requirements include: ABOC certification or Licensed Optician required. Experience in optical manufacturing or Rx lab environments, including multi-level leadership responsibility. Exceptional benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance and retirement plan. Pay range: 120-150k and incentives. Relocation available. Get to know us!
