Working just one day a week, you’ll collaborate closely with educators and families to deliver skilled therapy services that nurture students’ independence and academic success. Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts (MA) Occupational Therapist license
- Experience with school-aged children in schools, home health, or healthcare settings
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OT evaluations and individualized treatment to K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement IEP goals
- Document progress and maintain timely, accurate clinical records
- Consult and train staff on adaptive strategies and equipment to support student participation
- Support transition planning and adaptive programming for students at all ability levels
