Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy (PT MA) license required
• Previous experience as a PT or PTA in healthcare or educational settings
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement effective therapy interventions for young children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families
• Dedication to promoting student progress and functional independence

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students in grades K-4, collaborating with other school professionals
• Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
• Document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Consult with teachers and staff to create sensory and movement-friendly classrooms
• Educate students, families, and school personnel on beneficial strategies and activities
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and ethical guidelines
