This is a position for someone who loves bringing order to moving parts and making things run smoothly behind the scenes. We’re a small, growing residential construction company focused on new construction, remodels, and repairs, and we’re building better systems as we grow. The Office Administrator will take ownership of the administrative side of the business. This isn’t a basic admin job, it’s a build-and-run-the-office position. The role will create systems, organize information, and build repeatable processes that keep everything on track. The right candidate will enjoy turning scattered tasks into clean systems and being the go-to for keeping things organized, this is a position where your impact will be felt every day.
