WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Execute With Precision
   Assist in setup, service, and breakdown of all catering events. Follow timelines, manage stations or buffet lines, and serve guests professionally and efficiently.
2. Support the Event Lead
   Take direction and anticipate needs. Communicate clearly, help manage inventory, keep stations clean, and stay a step ahead of the game.
3. Serve Like It’s a Wedding—Because Sometimes It Is
   Be guest-focused, warm, and adaptable. Whether it’s a plated dinner or a pizza party, deliver great service and energy at every event.
4. Maintain Quality & Cleanliness
   Handle food with care, follow safety protocols, and make sure everything—from the serving table to the garbage can—is clean and polished.
5. Represent the Brand
   Dress sharp, show up prepared, and be the kind of professional clients remember (in a good way). Protect the brand with every interaction.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 6+ months in food service, hospitality, or events preferred
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stay on your feet for long shifts
• Team-first attitude with clear communication and follow-through
• Ability to work under pressure and adjust on the fly
• Professional presentation and customer-first energy
