Role Summary

\n

We are seeking a dynamic, hybrid (On-site plus remote) Operations & Charter Sales Representative who will be the go-to person for quoting, booking, and coordinating private charter trips. You’ll build and nurture client and broker relationships, respond quickly to charter requests, and manage the logistics behind each flight to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. You will sit at the intersection of sales, operations and customer service - helping grow our business while delivering the high-touch, fast service Atlantic Air Charter is known for.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n

* Respond promptly and professionally to incoming charter sales calls and emails - you’ll be the first impression of our brand.

\n

* Generate quotes for private and corporate charter trips and follow through to win business.

\n

* Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospects, existing clients and brokers - understand their charter needs and act as a trusted advisor.

\n

* Coordinate all trip logistics once a flight is booked: check availability of aircraft, crew, airport slots, routes; prepare trip folders and crew briefings; file necessary international paperwork.

\n

* Liaise with clients for special requests (catering, ground transportation, schedule changes) and anticipate needs.

\n

* Work closely with internal teams (operations, maintenance, safety/compliance) to ensure every flight meets our high standards.

\n

* Support our 24/7 charter operation by working flexible hours, being available on call as needed.

\n

\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n

* High school diploma or GED required; further education a plus.

\n

* 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service. Experience in private aviation charter sales is highly preferred.

\n

* Familiarity with charter software such as JetInsights is a plus.

\n

* You are organized, strategic, and can pursue both inside and outside sales initiatives.

\n

* A self-motivated “go-getter” with a passion for outstanding customer service.

\n

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

\n

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-detail environment under pressure - and able to prioritize multiple tasks with accuracy.

\n

* Team‐oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

\n

* Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including weekends/on-call) to support our 24/7 operation.

\n

What We Offer

* Salary in the range of $60,000 – $65,000 per year (plus multiple bonus opportunities).

\n

* Hybrid work schedule (in-office and remote) - our office is in Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309.
