Average first-year Business Development Representatives earn approximately $70,000 in total compensation. What You’ll Do Represent 20North at trade shows, company events, and market acquisition trips Conduct outbound outreach to educate business owners on our digital marketing services Qualify prospects and uncover challenges and growth opportunities Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality leads Consistently meet monthly and annual sales goals while contributing to team revenue What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset Ability to work independently and within a team environment Strong organization and attention to detail Entrepreneurial drive with a desire to grow quickly Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Must be able to start immediately Average first-year BDR compensation: ~$70,000 Competitive commission structure Health insurance eligibility after 60 days Paid vacation and sick time Company-provided MacBook Clear advancement opportunities within a high-growth organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
