Schedule : This is a full-time position requiring evening and weekend availability , with shifts scheduled within business hours, Wednesday–Sunday 10 AM–8 PM .
YOUR TYPICAL DAY-TO-DAY
As our Retail Sales Manager, you'll oversee daily retail sales associates, ensuring areas run efficiently and meet company standards. You'll manage and support Sales staff through scheduling, training, and ongoing development. You'll also monitor sales performance, assist customers with product selection and education, and ensure a consistent customer experience. Throughout the day, you'll address operational challenges, resolve customer concerns, and maintain a structured, well-managed environment.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent retail sales leadership experience
- Retail sales, customer service, or operational leadership experience
Experience within firearms, sporting goods, outdoor retail, or related industries is preferred.
