What You Can Expect As Our Retail Sales Supervisor This position typically works from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, including weekends. You will be at the heart of our retail operations, assisting customers with whatever they need and motivating your team to do the same. While you’ll have a hand in the day‑to‑day responsibilities, your main focus will be on fostering team members’ growth and developing their skills. You will oversee sales staff and range safety officers’ activities, identify areas for improvement, and provide effective training to address knowledge gaps. Through one‑on‑one coaching, training, and mentorship, you’ll help team members thrive in their individual roles. You will also handle leadership functions such as scheduling staff, onboarding new employees, conducting performance evaluations, and performing disciplinary actions when appropriate. Your inspirational leadership will support our day‑to‑day and long‑term success.
