What We're Looking For:

• A licensed Utah real estate agent with current or recent production
• A coachable professional who wants clearer accountability
• A strong communicator willing to practice and improve conversion skills
• An agent who wants a serious production environment, not just a desk

Core Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a personal pipeline of buyer and seller relationships
• Follow up consistently with prospects, clients, and referral sources
• Use MoxiWorks to track contacts, tasks, appointments, and next actions
• Participate in live training, coaching, and skill-development sessions
• Represent clients through consultations, negotiations, contracts, and closing

• Pay: Commission-based ($90,000 - $250,000 per year)
• Benefits: Flexible schedule, coaching and training, enterprise marketing tools
