We’re redefining the used car industry with an unbeatable product value offering.Recognized on the Inc. 5000 list four years in a row, AutoSavvy offers strong career growth, promotes from within, and provides industry-leading benefits.Automotive Service Team LeadPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, dependable Automotive Service Team Lead to help lead the day-to-day operations of our service department while delivering an excellent customer experience.This is a working team lead position for someone who can successfully perform Service Advisor responsibilities while also helping guide the team, maintain workflow, uphold department standards, and serve as a go-to resource when challenges arise.The ideal candidate brings strong automotive service knowledge, proven Service Advisor or Service Writer experience, confidence using CDK, and the leadership skills to keep a busy service operation organized and moving forward.We are looking for someone who leads by example, takes ownership, communicates clearly, holds high standards, and helps the entire team succeed.Pay & Schedule$22+ per hour, based on experienceMonday–Friday8:00 AM–5:00 PMNo weekendsWhat You’ll DoTeam Leadership & Department SupportLead by example and help set the standard for professionalism, accountability, urgency, and customer serviceSupport the daily workflow of the service department and help ensure work is prioritized appropriatelyServe as a resource for Service Advisors and other team members when questions or challenges ariseHelp keep repair orders, customer communication, and vehicle workflow moving efficientlyPartner with technicians and department leadership to identify and resolve workflow issuesHelp reinforce company procedures, warranty requirements, and service department processesAssist with training, coaching, and developing team membersHelp identify performance or process concerns and work toward practical solutionsTake ownership of customer escalations and assist in resolving difficult situations professionallyPromote teamwork and strong communication between advisors, technicians, and leadershipService Advisor ResponsibilitiesGreet customers promptly and provide a professional, welcoming service experienceVerify and update customer contact and vehicle informationAccurately gather and document customer concernsWrite clear, detailed repair orders for techniciansPerform visual vehicle inspections and accurately document vehicle conditionCommunicate effectively with technicians regarding diagnosis and repairsPrepare accurate estimates and clearly explain recommended servicesEnsure repairs and documentation align with warranty and company guidelinesMaintain proactive communication with customers throughout the repair processResolve customer concerns quickly and professionallyBuild customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral businessMaintain high customer satisfaction standardsKeep work areas organized and ensure department processes are consistently followedWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for more than an experienced Service Advisor.
