Responsible to coordinate activities and provide administrative support in accordance with the essential functions listed below. Essential Functions Perform administrative support functions to the Senior Vice President, Business Development and Government Relations, Vice President, Marketing and Government Partnerships, and the Vice President, Development. Assist in business development and government relations activities as needed. Coordinate logistics for industry conferences, meetings, trade shows, and stakeholder events. Support the annual MTC PAC campaign and process requests for PAC contributions in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. Assist with the maintenance, administration, reporting, and use support of the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Monitor and track marketing and business development expenditure approvals and assist with coding and budget administration. Support the development, writing, coordination, and quality review of competitive proposals. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other documents as needed. Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives that support company growth objectives. Work well with others to develop and foster teamwork in an environment with short deadlines, changing priorities, and duties. Contribute to our company Culture of Caring by maintaining positive and respectful relationships with employees, customers, vendors, program recipients and our community. Perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management. Education And Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience may be substituted for education. Experience in government policy, business development, or relevant operations preferred. Must be willing and able to travel. Unless waived by management, a valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record is required.
