Associate Clinical TherapistAs an Associate Clinical Therapist at Denova Collaborative Health, you will provide diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment to patients experiencing mental, emotional, and behavioral health challenges. You will counsel individuals, families, couples, and groups while supporting prevention, early intervention, and ongoing mental health treatment.Your responsibilities will include intake assessments, service planning, crisis intervention, care coordination, and evidence-based therapy. You will also receive clinical supervision that meets the standards established by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, supporting your continued professional development and advancement toward independent licensure.Bonus Alert: Earn a Sign-On Bonus of $2,500. Achieve this bonus by maintaining excellent attendance and performance within your first 90 days of employment!Compensation is based on experience and licensure status.Associate Level: $65,000 – $71,000This is a W-2 position with the opportunity to increase your take-home pay through our Pay-for-Performance (P4P) compensation model.What You Will Do:Collaborates with the patient and their natural supports to develop and implement an effective service plan.
