Transportation Support Coordinator (Remote) " $865-$1,195 per weekPosition SummaryThe Transportation Support Coordinator works from home assisting drivers, dispatchers, brokers, and operations to keep freight moving without delays. You organize schedules, communicate updates, verify documents, and help prevent common dispatch issues. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn the industry from the ground up and eventually transition into becoming an Independent Freight Dispatcher.Remote Work Setup100% Work-From-HomeFlexible hoursIdeal for people who want to move into dispatching laterWeekly Salary Breakdown$865/week at entry experience$1,195/week for experienced support staffEquivalent annual range: $45,000-$62,000/yearWhat You DoDriver & Dispatch AssistanceProvide drivers with updated instructions, addresses, and appointment timesTrack ETAs, delays, breakdowns, and HOS considerationsHelp drivers resolve road issues quickly and professionallyLoad CoordinationConfirm pickup and delivery appointmentsTrack loads and provide real-time updates to brokers/shippersVerify BOLs, PODs, and ensure the freight matches the bill (prevent wrong-load issues)Time ManagementEstimate realistic load/unload timesPrevent overscheduling and tight back-to-back appointment windowsDocumentationUpload all paperwork into the TMSTrack detention, layover, and TONU opportunitiesKeep clean, accurate load notesCustomer & Broker CommunicationSend check calls and status updatesNotify brokers of changes or delaysMaintain positive, professional relationships with shippers/brokersSkills NeededClear communicationAttention to detailAbility to multitask under pressureStrong organizational skillsBasic familiarity with load boards / TMS (training available)Why This Role Is Perfect for Future DispatchersThis job teaches the exact skills used by: Freight Dispatchers Load Planners Broker Agents Fleet ManagersYou learn how to:Communicate with driversManage freightWork with brokersSolve real logistics problemsAll of which set you up to eventually work independently as a freight dispatcher and earn significantly more.
