Transportation Coordinator

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Transportation Coordinator. Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch trucks/trailers for on-time deliveries and pickups Update and provide tracking information to customers and internal personnel Monitor and report driver issues such as accidents, safety concerns and progress to management Analyze transportation costs and recommend most cost effective methods Manage quoting process with outside haulers Apply for permits for internal drivers Accurate invoicing internal and external Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications Previous dispatching/coordinating experience Familiarity with DOT hauling regulations Proficient software skills Positive outlook, proactive communications skills, and high level of self-motivation Develop and maintain internal and external relationships Ability to work in fast paced team environment Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task Bachelor Degree preferred or a combination of education and experience acceptable to the company Why Join The Cleveland Brothers Team Market Leading Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, short- and long-term disability, health savings account, PTO, Profit Sharing Account.
