Production Support Analyst

We have two divisions: 1) Hospital/Provider Practice 2) Managed Care/Payer Practice – we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space). GeBBS Consulting has over two decades of experience supporting healthcare clients throughout the US. Summary Our client is looking for a Tier 1 Production Support Analyst to monitor and resolve production incidents related to EDI 837 and 999 transaction processing within Jenkins pipelines. The role will be responsible for monitoring production environments using Dynatrace and Jenkins, troubleshooting and resolving issues by following established operational runbooks, supporting partner health plan operations, and assisting with ad hoc production support tasks. This position also participates in a rotating on-call schedule for one week each month and may occasionally (not regularly) require work beyond 40 hours to support critical production issues. Location Hybrid, 2-3 times a month onsite in Washington, DC, Baltimore, MD, or Columbia, MD. Candidates must be local to DC, MD or VA.
