Associate Scientist - Sample Logistics

Associate Scientist supporting vaccine research sample logistics operations. Responsible for receiving, tracking, storing, aliquoting, and distributing clinical trial samples while maintaining regulatory compliance and detailed documentation in a laboratory setting.
Responsibilities
- Receive clinical trial samples and enter data into electronic database management systems
- Perform sample storage, retrieval, aliquoting using manual and automated robotic equipment
- Ship samples and supplies to internal and external testing laboratories
- Maintain documentation compliance with cGMP/GLP and regulatory requirements
- Support Hamilton robotic instrument maintenance and shipment discrepancy resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in relevant scientific discipline
- 0-3 years pharmaceutical industry experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively in team environments
- Comfortable working with bodily fluids in laboratory settings
- Physical capability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly
Compensation: $60,200-$100,400 base annual salary, plus 7.5% bonus target
