About the Role:
DevelopMeant Therapy Center, Inc. is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Tucson, AZ. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect accurate data on client behavior, skill acquisition, and progress during each session
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to clients in clinic, home, or community settings
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Maintain detailed session notes and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support client goals
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities
• Strong data collection, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy in all client interactions
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes or community locations
• Must pass a background check and meet all state and company compliance requirements
