Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and relational dynamics, focusing on moods, behaviors, and familial interactions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client, adapting strategies based on their responses to therapy.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Structural Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to create effective interventions.

• Engage clients and their families in understanding mood disorders, available treatment options, and essential self-care techniques to promote autonomy.

• Monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care that meets medical and psychological needs.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in therapy practices to continually refine skills and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Experience with multiple therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Structural Family Therapy, Systems Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.

• Knowledge and practical experience with evidence-based treatment for mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Family and Couples Behavioral Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
