Registered Nurse – Outpatient Clinic Primary Clinic in Boston – RN for Pediatrics, Adults, Triage. No weekends. Salary: $41–$52 per hour. Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team at our Outpatient Clinic. Responsibilities Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient primary care setting, ensuring a high level of comfort and safety at all times. Work with all age populations, including pediatrics, and administer immunizations and vaccinations. Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress. Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and interpret test results. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and appropriate management of illnesses and injuries. Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in outpatient primary care. Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to nursing practice. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or in a primary care/community health setting is highly desirable. Exceptional clinical skills with a strong focus on patient safety and quality of care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population and multidisciplinary team. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Commitment to continued professional development and lifelong learning. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
