Produce Specialist

Position Summary Responsible for reworking produce being received into the warehouse, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and ensuring all food safety procedures and GMPs are followed. What you'll do Inspect all incoming produce for defects. Exercise judgment when conducting audits to ensure all product meets our high standard of quality. Cull, trim, and repack produce to meet presentation and quality guidelines. Conduct routine audits to ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures are practiced. Maintain all paperwork in an accurate, orderly fashion. Assist other departments as needed. About you High School Diploma or GED. 2 years of previous quality control experience with produce. Experience in a produce warehouse preferred. Works with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are followed.
